• Any data shared is transmitted securely via BeeLiked’s trusted systems, such as API integrations or secure file exports.
• Once your data is shared with a client, that client becomes a data controller for your information and is responsible for complying with data protection laws regarding further use.

Data Sharing Outside of Client Promotions

• RunnyHoney does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
• We may share your data with service providers who support the operation of RunnyHoney (e.g., hosting providers, email services). These providers only use your data as necessary to provide their services and under strict confidentiality agreements.

• Client-Shared Data: Any personal data you provide to clients via your participation in their promotions remains under the control of those clients, and retention periods are governed by their policies.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it so that it can no longer be linked to you.

Glossary

Client

A business or organisation that uses the BeeLiked platform to run promotions accessible via RunnyHoney. Clients are the data controllers for any personal data collected within their own promotions.

Consent
A freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of your wishes by which you signify agreement to the processing of your Personal Data.

Data Controller
The organisation that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.

• BeeLiked Media Ltd is the Data Controller when RunnyHoney collects data directly from you (e.g., through registration, preferences, or platform interactions outside of a client promotion).
• BeeLiked’s clients are the Data Controllers for Personal Data collected through promotions they create on the BeeLiked platform, even when accessed via RunnyHoney.

Data Processor
An organisation that processes Personal Data on behalf of a Data Controller, following the Controller’s instructions.

• BeeLiked Media Ltd acts as a Data Processor when handling Personal Data collected via a client’s promotion, including when that promotion is accessed on RunnyHoney.

Data Protection Law
This includes the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), along with any future UK data protection legislation.

Data Subject
The individual whose Personal Data is being collected or processed. In this policy, that means “you,” the person using RunnyHoney or participating in a client promotion.

Two or more entities that jointly determine the purposes and means of processing. RunnyHoney and clients generally do not operate as Joint Controllers; data responsibilities are separate and clearly defined.
